Scope of Services. Through this Site, 3D Roadside Services markets and arranges Emergency Roadside Assistance, Flat Tire Assistance, Car Battery Assistance, Car Lockout Service, Tire Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://flattireassistancephiladelphia.com is the property of 3D Roadside Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. 3D Roadside Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold 3D Roadside Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under PA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in PA for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
